The G Committee is a non-profit organization comprised of nine Black, college-educated men striving to create transformative career development and mentorship for at-risk youth. We believe that professional success shouldn't be a matter of luck—it should be a result of guidance and community. By fostering a culture of excellence and personal growth, we equip young individuals with the tools to navigate their professional journeys, overcome societal barriers, and realize their highest aspirations.
