REDEFINING STEM Over the next 20 years, the world will require everyone to be fluent in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). However, nearly 2.5 million STEM jobs are expected to go unfilled this year. Our goal is to demystify what STEM truly means, helping to develop young professionals who can think critically about health and safety, engage in public policy discussions and debates, find solutions to global challenges, and manage the increasing technological demands in our daily lives. WORKFORCE IN DEMAND Unfilled STEM jobs are not only a result of misconceptions about these careers being limited to a specific sector, but also due to significant growth in the field.
